Hillsborough Alteration

This 1970’s home has amazing bones but many of the rooms are too small to be practical for a growing family. Rather than moving the owners are committed to make the most of what they have. A small extension to the back of the house & a re-working of the internal layout gives them what they need without compromising on the existing features that they love. A new garage, swimming pool & landscaping to better connect the house & garden are also proposed.
